Products must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags and accessories.

2. Non-returnable items

Personal care, cosmetics if opened, underwear and perishable food items.
Digital products, gift cards and final-sale items.

3. How to return

Open a return request from your account with the reason and photos if the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Our team reviews the request within 48 hours and arranges pickup or drop-off.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store wallet within 7 working days after inspection.

4. Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us immediately with photos. Replacement or full refund is guaranteed and return shipping is on us.
